About Me
“Language plays a monumental role in how we self-identify, how others identify us, and our expression of self. ”
who even am i??
I’ve got the typical artist backstory; I was super into it as a kid, continued it throughout school, and even achieved a Higher Education in illustration.
I love comic book studies, academia, classics, and pop culture literature of classic stories. Picturing these tales through my art is more than a passion, it’s a purpose.
Now, I find that I’m more interested in the “why?” of art, and the theories behind it. What makes an artist an artist? How are artists approaching art in a digital age and does it need to change?
I want to work with neurodiverse artists from all backgrounds and talk about the ways we can manage their expectations when making art, their attitudes, ideas, and struggles.
I’m working towards a Level 2 in Counselling and hope to offer mentorships to artists within the year.
